The mission of Toledo Sister Cities International (TSCI) is to cultivate successful relationships and international understanding among the youth, adults, businesses, and organizations of the Toledo area and its sister cities through civic, cultural, educational, and leadership exchange programs. The Festival committee is committed to celebrating the heritage of member Sister Cities through food, dance, music, and other cultural expressions.
